Phoenix Projects is a Gold Coast based, Architectural Drafting & Design business, specialising in residential renovations and extensions.

Our goal is to learn about our clients so that we can provide them with beautifully designed, and carefully crafted options to enhance their living.
We do this by asking questions, to better understand the 'why', and balance their wants and needs. We then throw the budget in there, and get to work on solving the puzzle with carefully thought out and economical design.

We also work closely with Builders who specialise in residential renovations so that we are up to date with current construction costs and techniques, and so that our designs can be built and not just looked at on paper.

Established in 2022, Phoenix Projects offer design solutions and construction quotes for residential renovations and extensions.

During our initial site measure and consultation we will provide you with advice on the best and most economical design for your project along with answering any questions you may have.
As part of our complete quoting service you will receive a project brief with scope of works, detailed concept drawings and 3 construction estimates from reputable local builders.
